The business has been running for about 2 1/2 weeks and so far so good! Jenny and I have been having lots of fun looking up the designs that we want to put in our designs book, and Jenny came out on her first Job the other day, was amazingly busy and the stand took £70 in two hours!

Jenny did the flower princess on the left, poor girl fell over and hurt her knee so was crying, then realised her paint had run and started crying more! We had to do a quick fix once she'd calmed down :P

We used Snazaroo for the base colours and black, then Diamond FX for the white. I really hate the Snazaroo black, it clumps and is impossible to do fine line work with, so have ordered some black Diamond FX and a small amount of Wolfe Bro's black too off http://www.facepaint-uk.com/index.php after much searching I found they had the cheapest on the web for the UK when you take P&P into account.
We're organising a mini photo shoot day for next tuesday, got about 5, 12-14 year olds coming and maybe some older people too, so we should be able to get some nice pics! Then we'll have a nice photo book ready for the ludlow castle work every wednesday and thursday
