Rainbows

I found my rainbow cake today, which I had lost before ever getting a chance to use so thought i'd have a bit of a play!

I tried doing it with a brush first, to see whether it'd be any good for things like flowers and butterflies, but that didn't really work so then i swapped to a sponge and just ran it over my arm. I used Diamond FX black to go over it, using two of my new brushes. I realised that face painting brushes and water colour brushes are pretty much the same except that face painting ones are about 3 times more expensive. So i bought some water colour ones and they're great!

This rainbow cake is going to make doing rainbow princesses about ten times faster :)
